By accessing, using, or relying on the Indicator, you ("User" or "you") agree to the terms of this Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Indicator.

The Indicator is not intended to provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. It does not constitute a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any securities, futures, options, or other financial instruments.
